George Thom

George is an experienced business professional with a strong background in financial services and customer relations. He successfully owned and managed his own independent insurance brokerage for 28 years before selling the practice to PSG in 2012.

In 2015, George joined Kare Industrial Suppliers as the Cape Town Branch Manager, where he gained valuable experience in the roofing fastener and construction industry. Following the sale of the Cape Town branch, he established a Kare Industrial Supplier branch in the Garden Route, opening the business on 5 January 2022.

George is passionate about building strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and DIY enthusiasts, and is committed to providing quality products, competitive pricing, and reliable service to customers in the region.
